Contiguous U.S. (Lower 48): $25.00 flat rate
Alaska & Hawaii: $30.00 flat rate

USA customers are responsible for any applicable duty fees or taxes. Miller Shoes has no control over customs processing times or
additional import charges. Once your order has been placed, a Miller Shoes representative will call you with the additional duty fees.
