To our valued American customers,

It is with sincere regret that we announce Miller Shoes will no longer be able to ship orders to the United States. This change comes as a direct result of the recent closing of the de minimis exemption, a U.S. regulation that previously allowed goods valued at $800 or less to enter the country duty-free.

For years, this exemption allowed us to serve our American friends affordably and efficiently. Unfortunately, with the exemption now closed, the cost and complexity of cross-border shipping have increased significantly. These changes mean that duties, brokerage fees, and compliance costs would create an experience far from the seamless, reasonably priced service you’ve come to expect from us.

We want you to know how much we have valued your loyalty and support over the years. From our neighbors just across the border to long-time customers throughout the U.S., your trust in Miller Shoes has meant the world to us.

While we are unable to continue shipping at this time, we remain hopeful that future changes in regulations—or the introduction of cost-effective solutions—will allow us to resume serving you again. Our team is actively monitoring developments and exploring options that could make U.S. shipping possible in the future.

Thank you for being such an important part of the Miller Shoes family. We deeply appreciate your understanding as we navigate this challenge, and we look forward to the day when we can once again deliver your favorite styles right to your door.

With gratitude,
The Miller Shoes Team
